Advertisement for a public service contract.

Falls City School District #57 is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the Seismic Rehabilitation of Falls City High School Gym.

The project is located at 111 N. Main St. in Falls City, Oregon, 97344.

Interested firms are advised to attend a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference scheduled on February 13, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the afore mentioned location, Falls City High School Gym.

Proposals shall be submitted by firms that comply with the qualifications outlined in the RFP document.

All interested firms must submit a Proposal pursuant to the requirements set forth in the RFP document.

Proposals shall be mailed, or hand delivered to 111 N. Main Street, Falls City, OR 97344. No emailed submissions will be considered.

All proposals must be received by 4:00 PM on March 6, 2023.

Immediately following submission deadline bids will be publicly opened, read, and recorded in the High School front office.

This project is subject to State of Oregon prevailing wage requirements in accordance with ORS 279C.800 and will require bidder to certify compliance with ORS 29C.838 and / or ORS 279C.840.
